Welcome to the Flowmad community, where yoga meets self-discovery and self-care. In January 2024, I left the corporate world to focus on myself, embarking on a journey to improve my mental health and deepen my understanding of life. By October, this path led me to Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. That experience solidified my passion for sharing yoga with others, especially those who are just starting their journey.
I know yoga can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve never tried it. But here’s the truth: yoga isn’t about touching your toes or doing fancy poses—it’s about self-care, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself. I focus on making yoga approachable and accessible for beginners. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, move your body more mindfully, or simply try something new, yoga has something to offer, no matter your background or fitness level.
My teaching draws from my love of nature, travel, and connection with history and culture. These influences shape the way I approach yoga: as a practice that brings balance, peace, and strength into every aspect of life. Whether we’re working one-on-one, in small groups, or during a corporate workshop, I aim to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.
